2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3.1. Payment First Policy: We require full payment before commencing any work on your project. This policy ensures that we can dedicate our resources and efforts efficiently to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.

3.2. Deposit for Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases where clients encounter difficulties or challenges with full upfront payment, we may accept a 50% deposit to secure the work. This option is available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to approval by PictureThis.

3.3. Deposit Terms: The 50% deposit serves as a commitment to initiate the project and secure our services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Should you choose to cancel the project after making a deposit, please refer to our cancellation and refund policy outlined in our terms and conditions.

3.5. Payment Methods: We accept various secure payment methods, including PayPal, Payoneer and Online Bank Transfers/Deposits. All payments are processed through encrypted channels to ensure the security of your financial information.

4.1. Your satisfaction is our priority. Once the down payment is received, we'll start working on your project, dedicating our time and expertise to bring your vision to reality. We keep all project details and client information strictly confidential.

5.1. To ensure effective communication, all project-related discussions, updates, and revisions will primarily occur via email or other agreed-upon channels. We are also available via direct messaging on Instagram and Whatsapp for urgent matters or quick inquiries.

6.1. The project duration will depend on the scope, complexity, and current workload. We will provide you with an estimated time-frame for completion and keep you informed of any changes along the way.

7.1. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result, so we offer a number of revisions based on the project type. The revision limit and included revisions will be specified in our project agreement.

8.1. Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables.

8.2. We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio, with the understanding that no sensitive or confidential information will be disclosed without your written consent.

9.1. We will treat all project-related information and materials as confidential. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling the project agreement unless required by law.

10.1. Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their project or service at any time by providing written notice to PictureThis.

10.2. Depending on the stage of the project and the services rendered, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be determined based on the work completed and any expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

10.3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issue at the discretion of PictureThis and are subject to the following conditions: 

- If the cancellation occurs before the commencement of the project or service, a full refund will be provided, minus any transaction fees incurred.

- If the cancellation occurs after the project has commenced, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

10.4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

- Clients will be notified of the refund status via email or phone.

10.5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain services or expenses may be non-refundable, such as third-party fees, domain registrations,  or materials purchased specifically for the project.

10.6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach a fair and mutually acceptable resolution. 

11.1. Limitation of Liability: PictureThis will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, graphic design, and job application services.

11.2. No Warranty: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, PictureThis makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services for any purpose. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of our services.

11.3. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. PictureThis shall not be held for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

11.4. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless PictureThis or its founders from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

11.5. Force Majeure: PictureThis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of GOD, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

12.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
